Tyler
Tyler is a practicing doctor of physical therapy, which is not the usual origin story for someone who builds business systems. But it tracks. Physical therapy is diagnosis, structure, and progress you can measure. So is this.
He started Click Command Co. as a recovering do-it-yourselfer who learned the hard way that hustle without systems is just expensive cardio. Now he builds the backend that lets wellness, hospitality, and real estate brands actually run: the workflows, the websites, the automations, the stuff nobody sees but everybody feels.
Here's the part that matters. Every strategy Tyler sells, he runs on his own businesses first. He owns Silk, a cocktail and dessert lounge in Utica, plus a hospitality management company and a real estate firm. Nothing gets recommended that hasn't survived contact with a real payroll, a real Tuesday night, and a real inbox.
The clinical work never stopped, and he wouldn't want it to. Treating patients keeps him disciplined, keeps him honest, and keeps him wired to do the thing he likes most: helping people get stronger than they were when they walked in.
Away from work, Tyler shares his life with his husband Patrick and their three dogs, Sophie, Eleanor, and Zira.
