You're welcome to send us ideas, announcements, or that thing that happened Tuesday that would make a great post, and we'll turn it into content. But nothing is required of you. The whole point is that your feed stays active whether or not you had time to think about it this week.

Our packages are built around Instagram and Facebook, which is where our wellness, hospitality, and service-based clients consistently see the strongest results. Content is created with cross-posting in mind, so your presence stays consistent across both. If your business lives on another platform, bring it up on the discovery call and we'll talk through whether it makes sense to fold in.

That's up to you, and both answers are good ones. Some clients review and approve content before it posts; others hand us the keys entirely and enjoy the surprise of a feed that runs itself. Most start with approvals and loosen the reins once they see we've nailed their voice, usually within the first month or two. Whichever you choose, you'll always know what's planned. We're not big on surprises that involve your brand.
