Jenna is a recent graduate of Utica University where she received a double major in English and Communication and Media with a concentration in Creativity.

Her experience with social media management began informally as a preteen managing several fan accounts. These talents were then formalized through her education as well as several internships she held as a student. She also loves her two cats, Jinx and Juni, both of which she rescued as strays off the street.
