  • Both are powerful project management platforms, but they serve slightly different needs. ClickUp is highly customizable and great for complex, multi-layered operations. Monday.com is more visual and intuitive, making it a strong choice for teams that want a cleaner, more streamlined interface. During our discovery call, we'll help you determine which platform is the right fit for your business.

  • Timeline varies depending on the scope and complexity of your business, but most custom buildouts are completed within 2 to 4 weeks from the strategy session. We'll give you a clear project timeline during the proposal stage so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Not much β€” that's what the discovery call is for. It helps to have a general sense of your current workflows, your team structure, and the biggest operational challenges you're facing. If you have any existing SOPs, org charts, or process docs, those are helpful to have on hand, but not required.

  • After your 3-month support period ends, your system is fully yours. Many clients feel confident managing independently by this point. If you'd like continued support beyond the initial period, we offer extended support packages β€” just ask us about options during your project.

  • Yes β€” our add-on services including SOP writing and handbook branding can be added at any point, either as part of your initial project or as a standalone engagement after your buildout is complete. Reach out and we'll discuss what makes the most sense for your business.

  • The custom buildout is a one-time project investment starting at $2,497, which includes everything listed above. The only ongoing costs would be your ClickUp or Monday.com subscription, which is billed directly by those platforms. Any extended support or add-on services beyond the initial project are quoted separately.
